Backpackers Village Mui Ne Hostel Review

Mui Ne is a coastal city in Vietnam. A place to switch off from the world & enjoy some peaceful time. I went to Mui Ne for a day to witness famous sand dunes & fairy stream. One more reason to chose this place was, this place was in between Ho Chi Minh & Nhatrang. Thus, giving me much needed rest from long bus journeys (later on this aspect of my travel). I chose Backpackers village hostel as my accommodation option. This post is review of Backpackers Village Hostel Mui Ne.

Location:

I stumbled on this property while searching for hostels & also it was recommended by few travelers. The property is kind of a resort. One of the biggest advantage of this place is swimming pool. The property is just opposite to the beach, but there is no direct access to it. one has to walk approx 2 Km to get to beach which is bit of a pain. The hostel is located on the main road, so most of the buses will drop you just in front of the property.

Why To Chose This Property?

  • Price: Mui Ne is full of luxurious resorts & finding a cheap place is tough here. The people who are traveling to this place on budget can opt for this place. The prices might vary with the season, better to book at the earliest.

  • Staff: Staff are friendly, however inability to communicate properly can be an issue. Although there is no such issues.

  • Cafe: The place has its own cafe, so you can relax during the evenings. The only disadvantage of this place is no beach around. You can pretty much get everything to eat & drink, there is a pool, snooker table etc to spend time.

  • Extras: You will get a beer during happy hour. This is for everyone who is staying at the hostel. Apart from this you can enjoy music & some recreational activities during the night. You can book sand dune tour from the hostel which is worth the price.

  • Rooms & Facilities: You will get most of the facilities like power socket, wifi, clean beds, clean room. Washroom is common
